What's wrong with me?

Past couple of days my face has been feeling hot, but my body will be cold.
It's not a constant feeling but for some reason I'm noticing it a lot more.

I am on 10mg amlodopine for high BP, although I was told it's under control.
Could this be caused by high BP or is it something normal?
when I say my face is hot it's not boiling hot but it's hotter than the rest of my body.

I've been feeling good in myself lately, I was stressed about my exam and all but anxiety wise I've been good.
Could it be caused by the weather, going in and out the house perhaps?

And for the males on this forum, having a beard (little longer than a stuble) could that be causing it to feel hotter?
I normally keep my face clean shaved with very little stubble most of the times.
