so sick of daily chest aches and pains

i ve had this around 18 months now its driving me mad, ive had 3 ecgs and blood work done it that time all normal. i know i think about it everyday but surly just thinking about it cant make it hurt everyday can it? i worry everyday that its my heart i am only 25 no history of heart problems in me or my family. does anyone else get or has had this issue?

I too get these daily. I am told they are "Phantom" pains. Largely in part due to the physical manifestation of stress.

I still worry about them all the time though. Its always in the back of my head. I get them on my left side ALL the time, sometimes the ribs, sometimes higher on the breast to the collar bone.

Andy you have just described exactly what I am feeling at the moment!
I am of the belief that knowledge dispels fear, and that the more times I hear of others experiencing the same fears as me the weaker they get.
