Hi
So fed up of this anxiety and I know I must sound so boring
with the usual moan of it coming after being asleep.....anyone have
advice etc on what helps them

i find if i wake with anxiety/panic more often than not its down to low blood sugar as it has dropped through the night so the first thing i do is try to eat and drink something it usually brings me round pretty quick and then i can focus on calming down and getting on with my day
