tingling face and head

Hi

Does anyone get tingling on one side of their head and face/cheek

I no with anxiety people get all over head and face, but I cant see people that just get it one side.

Its making me more anxious now.

I went back on citalopram 3 weeks ago but I don't remember getting this a side effect

I have been having this problem on my right side a lot lately. I almost always only have it on one side. Mine I believe is from tension and I am always tighter down one side than the other.

I get this. Often just on one side. Doctor said sensation can also be caused by teeth clenching and/or grinding both of which I do - maybe you do too?

thank you for your replies. Its been a lot better today but the headache iv had on one side is still there.
