chest sensation

hi happy new year!



Does anybody get a squeezing feeling between their breast bone that moves up to the throat. Dont think its an eptopic beat as my heart does not seem to thump or skip. Really horrible feeling. In fact its hard to explain the feeling of it thats the best i can describe it.
