I feel so hopeless

I have now been awarke for 50 hours. Been to the emergency room twice convinved I was having a heart attack had 6 ecgs bloods taken from veins arterys all clear. But still thwy sent me back home. Ive tried sleeping but imm in soch pain. Surely this is more then anxiety

Well it is more than anxiety. It's a combination of anxiety and the fact that you haven't slept for 2.5 days.

Panic attacks mimic heart attacks-the way to distinguish these is ECG. Yours is completely normal-your pain comes from your head, not your heart.

For god sake, go and get some sleep. If you can't, go to your GP to prescribe you some sleeping pills.
