Anxiety gone through the roof

Well I thought I was a little too calm last week after the Dr said she would refer me. Now I am a wreck. Needless to say its going to be a long 6 weeks of being convinced I have breast cancer. Dammit.

Sahara, honestly if the doc thought there was the slightest chance you would be on the two week referral.
I know its easier said than done but try not to dwell on it.
Distract yourself and I find company helps me

That's my big problem I work on my own! too much time to think. Its days like these I long for an office job!
