Hope somebody can help

I'm obese with a RHR of 60bpm ... Should I be worried ? Surely it should "be higher as I'm fat"

Your resting heart rate is in the normal range so nothing to worry about.

Obese or not, that's a normal RHR

But generally "fat people" should have higher RHR , my RHR is that of somebody who is fit

It would take more than just your RHR to determine how good your heart is. A lot depends on your life style. Your rhr does not seem anything to worry about but you need to look at a bigger picture. If you are worried about your heart due to your size, have you spoken to your gp about it?
