Hi everyone :)At the moment I have a very bloated stomach - have done since yesterday and it doesnt feel very nice - like a a dull achy pain. It is also very noisy and I keep making funny noises from my throat almost like a burp but not. It is not helping breathing anxiety cause I have trouble doing deep breathing. What can i do to help it its very uncomfortable :/ thanks :)
