Having a huge attack right now on metro

I'm really scared I am on a train and I'm dying I swear my heart is going to stop or I am going to stop breathing any second worst par is I can't get off I don't wanna die on this train what it it's not anxiety this time

I'm sorry scrumking you are feeling this way. It is hard to say to yourself "this is just panic" but there is a 99.999999999% chance that it is just that. I remember my first major panic attack I felt like I was going to die. We who have anxiety/panic, our bodies pick up all these sensations and runs with them without much thought.Try to relax and distract yourself.
