i,ve just gone funny

im in the opticions with my mum (my mums having her eyes cheked) i was a bit nervous when i come in. but i was luking at the traffic going by & my eyes seemed like the traffic were fast even though it was slow & my chest went funny & my face went all funny like drained.

I get this it's like an anxiety attack, it can be quite scary, I have to breathe and assure myself it will pass x

You're doing the right thing :) remember that anxiety attacks are not harmful and to breathe properly and you're all sorted.
