Hello from a newbie!

Hello I'm Fee and I'm new here today :) I've been hovering over the site for a while but decided to actively get involved today. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety just before Christmas. Hoping to find out a bit more about how to deal with it and hopefully chat to people in the same situation. :flowers:

I was diagnosed about the same time and am on day 7 of Citalopram..i feel a bit better today on it but the feeling of depression is a horrible feeling...and I came on here since had no one to talk too..and I realised I am not alone..there are many of us feeling the same way..so your not alone..mail me anytime if you want to talk about it..but hang in there..help is there..
