I was talking to a friend of mine today who has diabetes and I described how when my nerves are bad, I can sense that there is something like physically wrong with my brain. It's strange, the sensations, the darkness, the numbness. I have had a lot stress of late, changed a job, had a new romantic relationship which is up in the air, and I was really sick last week with pneumonia. I'm pretty sure it's a combination of all those things making my nerves act up like they are. I feel so strange, so disconnected, afraid, sad, alone. I just need to endure, this too shall pass.
