Hi all
today has been the worst day ever for my breathing. I have been strugglin with it all day ranging from feeling short of breath to feeling like I physically cant take a breath. There has only been a few periods today where ive been distracted and my breathings been normal but It just feels awful I feel like I havent had a proper breath all day! My nose is also incredibly stuffy and this has been going on for ages im at a loss. My chest has felt very strange all day but has only felt tight when ive been extremely bad. I did an hour of dance eariler which didnt help because when my breathing rate increases I panic! I have dance again tonight but im worried about this breathing thing being something serious and dance making it worse. When breathing gets real bad My legs and arms start to feel wierd aswell. Im also really sore all over shoulders which I think is down to excercise. Im just at a loss because usually breathing comes and gos but today its been constant! Please help
