I've had a tough week with neuro concerns (vision stuff, face pain, dizziness, smell hallucinations). Been REALLY dizzy today and now my arms feel very stiff and heavy. I remember years ago when I had ear vertigo that I felt weak all over but the dizziness feels different. It also doesn't feel like my usual hyperventilation stuff, but maybe it is hyperventilation?
