Hi All
I’m 49 years old and have very recently realised I have been suffering from depression and anxiety for a few years now. Been to GP who has put me on 20mg Citaloprm, also been enrolled into the Beating the Blues web based help program, just done the first session and appears to be good.
Look forward to getting a bit of additional help and advice, and maybe giving some in the future.

I am on Citalopram 20mg. Day 8 today. Hang in there with it. The first few days are the hardest, and the side effects can be crippling, but get through it, since I am finding they are helping a bit now.
