Health Anxiety

Hi All
im quite new to this but as a last resort I had to post.
I am going out of my mind with worry that I have MS or ALS or another awful illness. I have so many symptoms. Twitching eye and muscles. Pain etc etc I have had blood tests and my Dr says it is stress but I just don't believe her.I do have GAD and OCD but that doesnt stop physical illnesses does it, I feel like everyone thinks I am mad and it is so hard to wake up every day feeling like this :blush:

I always think i have arthritis or lupus because i always feel like i am ill with different symptoms but the doctors says it's just stress and anxiety. But i never believe them... or i do for a little while but then my thoughts take over again!
