Hi there been seeing my CBT therapist for HA so my hang up is my blood pressure readings as of late my initial readings when I go to her is always in the range of 140/104 then they take it again drops 130/90. when I take it home or at my office where I work its 120/80s some time little lower and higher. so my question is does anyone has this problem and ever asked there doctor if taking it the initial readings are the real pressure and how if you take it again rt after is that accurate? my GP is not putting me on meds and cardiologist says its white coat. but being a HA worry wart, and now hat they making me keep taking my bp to over come the fear it makes me wonder.:scared15:
