Hi all
I am so fed up of waiting. I have been on two counselling waiting lists for months and it has gotten nowhere. They keep pushing date forward and in the time i first applied my anxiety has got worse and worse! Had a really bad panic attack just now which im still rying to recover from. Even appointment to see doc about this horrible breathing thing is not until next week! I need help now and every day without it I just get worse. I dont want to have to call ambulance but sometimes i feel very close to because i just feel so dreadful.
