Now, I'm coming to terms with the symptoms of anxiety, specifically my HA. But I'm wondering once coming to terms and excepting what's happening to me, how long the symptoms are likely to persist?
My main symptoms are vision disturbances and the obvious nerve sensations in my fingers, not pins and needles even though I've had those when I was at the highest part of my anxiety. I'm thinking that maybe my nerves running throughout my body are the cause of my vision.
But when I'm relaxed and place my finger tips together, it's subtle but obvious that my fingers are erratically twitching. I got my husband to place his fingers on mine, and he felt it too. Thought it was strange. But glad he got a glimpse of what I'm going through.
Anyone get this?
