Left fingers

Been recently dealing with anxiety. Spoke to my doctor a few times about it.

Lately if felt like my left fingers are sort of stiff. Maybe a little numb. Similar with my left toes.

Really worried that something is wrong. That I have some type of illness. Are these normal with anxiety ?

I used to wake up with my left hand frozen. I would have to shake it to get it to move. This was during a very stressful time in my life. I think I was actually sleeping with my hand in a fist. My left index finger for years has been slightly numb. I have no idea why. But yes these are anxiety symptoms. My left hand and left leg also vibrate on and off all day.

Definitely sounds anxiety related. I'm getting similar with a middle finger twitch, trying to put it down to anxiety too. Hope you feel better soon x
