Hi there,I've been lurking for a while but finally have some courage to post.
I've always had odd little worries, but in the past few months this has spiralled and I am feeling on edge constantly because it's affecting my work and whole life right now.
I don't know what started it off, I was just getting random pains everywhere, dr said it was because of anxiety.
List of my symptoms:
Headaches, tiredness, pain in arms and thighs, pain in hands like carpel tunnel, pain in boobs and groin and my new pain since yesterday has been in my cheek and jaw bones.
I keep thinking I have lymphoma and have been to the doctors a few times recently with all these symptoms and to check on some moles which I though was melenoma.
I have done a self referral for CBT but that can take up to 28 days for an appointment.
When I'm not working or looking after my 2 boys I am looking on the internet which I know I shouldn't but it just happens.
