UPDATE,,,WORST NIGHTMARE!!!!!

HI GUYS,,

well i cant believe how things change ,,for the best,,so why do we worry,,

as you are aware i was faceing haveing to move out of my flat,,,due to the landlord converting the two flats back into a house again,,,

well he came to see me today,,this morning,,to discuss the situation,,
i have never told him about my problems,,and thought if things were looking bad for me i would tell him and hope he could give me some time out for me to get a little better before i had to move out,,,

i told him how happy i were here and he could see for his-self how much i had done to the place,so said to him look i will decorate the downstairs flat for free to the highest standard for you for free to encourage prospective tenants,,

he said i will let you decorate it ,but i will pay you,,[Yeah!]
and eventually i did tell him about my problems and he was very understanding because his wife had suffered with post natal deppession ,,and he could understand,,,

he also said he would give me one house or one flat a month to start decorating for him,,,wow ,,

and eventually when i am ""better"" he would employ me full time decorating,,cool,,,
and he has over 400 houses and flats in hull,,,

so there we go thanks guys for your support again,,,
i am staying where i am,,,my lovely little flat [Yeah!][Yeah!][Yeah!],,

i wasnt looking forward to having to move but the first day i found out i was looking at alternative accomodation,,but thank the lord i dont have to go,,i have put alot into this place and made it my home,,,

and as for the money nic,,how cool,,it does mean BIG BUCKS,,small at first of course but,,this will most certainatly help on my road to recovery,,
