Hi there

That's quite a list! I have to say the ones I find most effective are the relaxation, breathing, self-talk and distracting my mind. The more you do these things the better you get. (Like riding a bike I guess? :) )

The journey to good health is often a long one, but I don't know about you... when I look back my journey to ill health was a long one. So I suppose it stands to reason that re-training your brain and getting better takes time to do well. Hang in there... there's light at the end of the tunnel!
