Smoking and eating more.

Lately i have been smoking and eating more without feeling satisfied.does anyone know if this is stress related?

In a word puppyskin .. Yes . I`m known as a bit of a pig on NMP to the those who know me :roflmao: My family refuse to take me out to lunch /dinner as I`m an embarrassment .. I`m not denying the fact I am either ! . I can eat for England :yesyes:


I smoke much more when I`m stressed and anxious
I would say its its definitely related to stress /anxiety , however the smoking is probably making my anxiety/panic worse so I need to knock that on the head !

Just to add , Ive been like this for the last 10 years and I`m still 12 1/2 stone not 30 stone as some people see to think I am on here :roflmao:
