Have had a dull constant ache under my left rib at the back for over 5 weeks. Managed to get myself to the doctors when it started, checked my chest and did u r one test, both ok. Since doctors visit have had a bad cold and generally poorly. Wondering has anyone else suffered with this and do you have any advice. More panicky each day.

Oh my goodness..... this is what brought me to this website. Mine started in March last year and I still occasionaly have the same sensation. Quite a number of years ago I fell off a ladder and dislocated my ribs so now the left side of my ribs quite often "pop" out. I usually go to the Chiro and he pops it back in for me. Honestly, if you have been to the Dr and they cannot see anything wrong, you will see that over time it will heal itself. Just remember that the more you think about the sensation, the more you will notice.
