Hi Julie

Sorry to hear you're feeling bad. These things can spring up, sometimes I feel the panic is just behind me waiting to happen. I am learning to ignore it when I start to feel palpitations, that way they don't tend to progress too often into anything more. Its not easy sometimes, but I'm getting better at it! :D

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
