Losing control of muscles?

Hi everyone
Does anyone ever experience a sort of loss of control of muscles if they are or have been really tense. Like sometimes this probably sounds weird but when I got to the toilet while im peeing I will suddenly sort of tense and not be able to pee until I have almost forced the muscle to move again? A weird one but just wondering if anyone else experiences it?

Lol fishmanpa. This literally just happened again like I was going to the loo and then my muscles in my legs aswell this time like all tensed and it literally felt like I couldnt make them relax again really horrible :(
