woke up about 1 hr ago. felf ok but as i was making me a cup of coffee i all of a sudden felt i could not breath properly but after this i got phlem up a few times. and now i have a chesty cough come on me and my nose dripping. my son as not been very well the last couple of days with the flu. he,s only 5 and been realy poorly. im feeling ok at the moment oh and i have a cold sore too.
