Hi,

After the Christmas and new year i'm finding it difficult to get back on track...

I've had plenty to eat and plenty to drink I spent it having lie ins, all my usual coping mechanisms were unavailable... Things like Meditation Martial Arts all fell by the wayside.

In the new year I've had a lot of problems at work that have meant I've been working past my hours... Although I've coped on the outside I feel mentally exhausted and isolated.

I'm now finding it difficult to get back in to my coping mechanisms and re establish my coping strategy.....

Does anyone else have the same issues?
