Muscle twitching in arms and legs

Hi, I'm a 20 year old male and for the last few months I've been having occasional muscle twitches in my legs. Today I had one in my arm. They only happen when I'm laying down, they've never happened when I was sitting or standing. Could this be related to anxiety?

It's perfectly normal part of anxiety don't worry about and it eventually goes away

Hi ive had this for a while now ...at night and in the mornings its related to anxiety apparenly . Quite common .

I get the exact same thing you do. I am also 20 but have been having twitching for 3+ years and they definitely are more noticeable when laying down. Probably because we pay more attention to our body when laying down, opposed to standing up and moving around. It's normal. :)

So normal! I've had twitching on and off all over my body for the last 7 years. Totally anxiety related.
