Been on prozac for 12 weeks..11 on 20mg and 40mg for a week...increased as I was still having anxious thoughts about dying and leaving my children it teriffies me...I just want some inspiration on not giving up on prozac..I spent all last year changing meds and cant do it again. .will the 40mg make a big difference? Help
