Anyone with physical health anxiety problems?

do you find that when you start getting over one of the physical symptoms of anxiety another appears?

Absolutely. I was worried about a brain tumour/unruptured aneurysm before Christmas. I felt I was having headaches all the time. Now I'm worried about my heart and I feel like I have left arm pain and other symptoms I've never had before.
It's all fun & games isn't it :/
