I've always had cold hands since I was little, they do seem a bit hard to operate at times. For my feet I wear fluffy bed socks 24 hours a day:yesyes:

I have this now, sometimes they will be super warm as well. I find keeping them moving helps :)

Never ever had that issue until after treatment. Now I can get revenge for all the times my fiance' put her cold hands and feet on me to get warm! ~lol~

You bet--that's where the phrase "cold feet" for having a case of nerves comes from.

I always have cold hands and feet, I have bad circulation so that explains it. When your anxious your body goes into flight mode so all the blood is rushed to the vital organs so your ready to run away from danger which can mean cold hands and feet. Happens to me when I have a panic attack, they are ice to the touch
