I'm taking 100 mg sertaline with multivitamin and a b vitamin (it has all the b vits.) So was wondering will it be safe to take with chromium as I've heard it's supposed to help

Best person to ask is the pharmacist who you get your sertaline from, they're in a much better position to talk to you about drug/supplement interactions.
