It's the normal sound of joint movement--you just don't have ears right next to your knees or ankles so you don't hear those. The older you get, the crispier things become (my knees are loud enough that I can hear them now!).

Thanks,is it anything to do with tight muscles?

It can be to do with tight muscles, especially if your jaw is making crunching noises like that. With anxiety we tend to have tight muscles, and often clench or grind our teeth which can cause a tense jaw.

It's nothing to worry about, but probably just a sign that your body is feeling tense and some relaxation work would do you good. Plus making sure you drink enough during the day :)
