Indigestion problems again...

Okay, so I think I know that the fullness in my back and chest is being caused by eating.. today it was completely fine up until 30 minutes after eating.
Now, that could be a coincidence or it actually is what I'm eating..
I took Gaviscone before I went to uni, which was around 10, and when I came back at 3. I'll probably have it again in an hour, and finally about 9.

How long shall I keep taking Gaviscone like this? I'm generally scared to eat knowing that I'll have the discomfort again.

You ought to see a doctor who may suggest something better like Omeprazole

try carom seeds. works better than omperazole. it is a miracle for indigestion

Thanks, I completely forgot about that..my gran always tells me to have it with warm water.

This has literally lasted all day :( and got worse in the evening.
