binge eating

Does anyone have any advice I'm overweight and desperate to loose weight I what I have to do healthy eating and exercise etc... But i find it so hard, I binge eat even when I'm full I find it disgusting after but crave food constantly, I worry bout my health but this still doesn't stop me I could cry after, I don't know if to go to my GP or not is it something they del with, please help :weep:

I would talk to your GP. At the very least your GP can refer you to someone to speak with.
