Hello,
I am 34 and am currently suffering with terrible anxiety. I am not good when change happens in my life, I seem to loose all my routine and become scared of everything in my life. My tummy churns so much that I am often sick with the worry it causes me. I also suffer with obsessions as when I am really bad with anxiwty I get scared of eating as I am that churned up I dont want to eat.
I have been on and off citalopram for 3 years now and it has worked fantastically. Although I have been on 30mg of citalopram for 5 months and this last week I have relapsed and my anxiety is back with avengence, I am so shook up from this as the tablets have always been my safety blanket and kept me from feeling the anxiety. I am starting to increase up to 40mg hoping that this will give me a boost. Has anyone else experienced this please and have any advice for me please?
