Anyone else find that? I highly suspect that I am a reactive hypoglycemic (what the hell, everything else about me is overly reactive!) and I have to be careful when eating carbs or sugar - never on an empty stomach and always with a fat or protein.
When my blood sugar spikes up and then crashes I get a dizzy head rush and then immediate panic attack followed by need to run for the bathroom. I started reading about blood sugar levels and their association with anxiety and it seems it's a pretty common link.
I'm sure others are aware of this, but for those of you who aren't, watch what you eat - you may see a pattern.
