Went to sleep at gone midnight but not been n a deep sleep been restless as iiI was well anxious bevor I got down then awoke up compleatly tense and felt sick its was only half four so went ta make a drink my neck shoulder and ba k are aching so bad for weeks I ave been thinking bone cancer. Or brain tumor as had really bad vision prob on Sunday with the flashing light sqiggly lines to a point I could not see I have a fear of going to doctors afraid of what they will say is wrong not tat they really give you a good check these days I am agoraphobic and find it hard to go to see doctor and its getting harder for them to come out god I am babbling just so scared right now
