Morning all,
I wanted to see if anyone else suffers from regressive panic attacks - by this I mean days of progress with symptoms getting less intense and a sense of optimism, only to regress and be struck by an attack. How do you cope?
I've recently had this happen to me and I hate that sense of one step forward two back. I have my first CBT session on Sunday, and am really working hard on meditation, breathing and lifestyle changes which are working for me, but these little steps backwards do knock confidence
Gerry
