Hello all, I've been feeling much better with my anxiety lately. I have been doing CBT exercises and I really think it's helping me. Anyway, tonight I have a well visit for my 19 month old son and I'm nervous because I'm always afraid they will find something. I am trying not to let my irrational thoughts take hold but it's hard. I just wanted to share. I hope everyone is doing well.
