Heh??? This is odd...

Sooooo.... for the last few days, I've been having these really weird heart... things. So, my resting heart rate is 101 to 116... what the crap??? I'm not nervous as I thought I'd be... I'm on clonidine, citlopram and baclofem for depression, PTSD, and anxiety disorder. It hasn't been that high since before the pills. I tried watching a movie to get my mind off of it. Nope, still fast... tried taking a relaxing bath... nope ... I'm a bit scared. Anyone else have this??? Xoxo

I usually have a high resting heart rate as well. I used to be really concerned about it, until my sister, an RN told me that it is just anxiety. You may not feel anxious, but you still have a heightened awarness of things, and one of them happens to be your heart rate.

I still get it when I go to sleep, I hear my heart beat. At times I think my pulse is too weak as well, but it is not.
