I don't know if anyone else has tried this. I'm giving it a go at the moment and it seems like a good idea. The website is npr treatment.com. the woman who runs it is called gill batty and she really seems a caring person. When I've had any queries she's always been kind enough to answer. You can also follow her on Facebook and Twitter. Her explanation of anxiety is the best and clearest I have seen, I think it helps she suffered herself. Anyway it may be worth people checking it out if interested.
