Hi all,

Well I thought it was time for some positivity from me rather than being negative the whole time!

I start my CBT tomorrow and thought right this is a great opportunity to get back on track.... As soon as I started thinking a bit more positive I had my first symptom free day on Friday!

Anyway to continue the positive nature of my thinking I've only gone and bloodie joined a gym! Exercise has helped in the past with my anxiety so I thought why the hell not!!

Just wondering if anyone else was feeling good and positive?? I hope so :)

Woooo I'm glad your doing well!

I had a pretty good day yesterday but I've had a little dip today.

I hope things get even more better for you! :yahoo:

I had a panic in the service station , eyes went funny and felt like I was falling/ being pulled to one side.. but having the gym etc to focus on took my mind off it straight away which is good :)

So glad to hear such great news!!
You'll really like the CBT. It works wonders if you make sure you follow through on it. :)

Today I'm doing pretty well. Having family come up from my moms homeland so very busy getting things ready. Being busy is so helpful when it comes to my anxiety. :)
