Hi Linda

Welcome to NMP. You can be assured that you will get lots of help, advice and support from this site. There are loads of friendly folks here who will relate to what you say.

I have been using this site for around 6 weeks and have found it really beneficial.

Chatroom is a great way of getting to know folks and either discuss stuff 1-1 in PM or just join in the craic, which can be informative or just adownright stupid giggle.

Take care, you are not alone.

Welcome,

I hope you find these forums as beneficial as I do.

It's often easier to articulate how you feel in type than verbally in person and in here you can raise anything and find that, no matter how bizarre or unique you might think your problem is, the chances are there's someone out there watching the forum who's exactly the same, suffering like you, worrying like you .... and getting better like you.:D

I saw her once, one little while, and then no more:
’Twas Eden’s light on Earth a while, and then no more.
Amid the throng she passed along the meadow-floor:
Spring seemed to smile on Earth awhile, and then no more;
But whence she came, which way she went, what garb she wore
I noted not; I gazed a while, and then no more!
