Hi,
I am suffering HA and some GAD and it's focused on my hearth.
I have made basic hearth tests (ECG, echocariography) and it seems to look ok. Also blood test is fine.
BUT
When I standing up, sitting, going on stairs or exercise slightly my hearth rate increasing to 150-170. After a while it comes down. While I am sitting I have now: ~80.
I am also suffering from high blood pressure (and taking medication).
Is that normal with me? It could be only anxiety? Or something more?
