I'm only sleeping 4 to 5 hours at the most. Is there a way to correct this without meds? Also, are strong after images linked to high anxiety? I've seen a few people in the forums with the same problem, but is it clear that the problem comes form an anxious state of mind?

I don't have much experience of this but in regard to your sleeping problems there are a lot of things that you can try for example:

Drink a warm glass of milk before bed
Relaxation techniques before bed like meditation
Not watching tv before bed
Listening to relaxing music before bed

And whole list of others this is one subject Google will help with also haha :)
