sore head

Need some reassurance please. I have had what l can only describe as a tension headache for 2 days now. My head feels sore to touch all over and keep getting dull pains too. My neck and shoulders feel tense and sore. Should I be worried it may be something more serious???? Xxxx

This is what I have more or less. I have a sore head and bumps on it too. My neck is also sore and stiff and I am nauseous on and off. Also slight ear ache. I've been reassured on here that it's a typical symptom of stress and tension. I'm sure that is all it is with you too. Try relaxing shoulders and deep breathing and also keep occupied. Feel better soon :-)
